The effects of the Corona pandemic are shaping public life. Particularly in spaces where citizens interact with each other and take part in democratic processes these effects become a serious issue. In this bpb:connect-conference, Esperance Chantal, Nadezhda V. Gavrilova, Antoine Bézard and Giovanni Allegretti talked about projects with different emphases on citizen participation, especially in the field of Participatory Budgeting, and discussed approaches dealing with the impact of the pandemic on them. The event was moderated by Dr. Stephanie Hanke.
